NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, OR LEGAL ADVICE. All signal scores, rankings, data outputs, AI-generated notes, and bot performance metrics are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not represent a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

1INAI does not hold a Financial Advice Provider licence and does not provide regulated financial advice under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (NZ) or any equivalent legislation in any other jurisdiction. Reference to any token, protocol, or on-chain activity does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by 1INAI.

AI-generated signals, alerts, and outputs are based on statistical models and historical patterns. They are probabilistic in nature and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are not predictions and should not be treated as such. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. Past performance of the 1INAI trading agent — including win rate, P&L figures, or signal accuracy — does not guarantee future results. You may lose all capital you deploy based on information from this Service. Do not risk money you cannot afford to lose.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service you represent that you are legally permitted to access cryptocurrency-related services in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your country or region. The Service is not directed at residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

Certain features of the Service may require you to connect a Solana wallet or provide an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials and any access credentials associated with your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse.

The Service is not available to persons located in, or nationals of, any jurisdiction where the provision of such services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. By accessing the Service you represent that you are not subject to sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, or the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing or using the Service is lawful in their country. 1INAI reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time.

Paid plans (when available) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Business use: You acknowledge that you are acquiring the Service for the purposes of a business and that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) does not apply to this Agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract proprietary data or scoring logic from the Service
• Access the Service via automated means in excess of permitted API rate limits
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense data from the Service without written permission
• Impersonate 1INAI or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Introduce malware, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful code

All content, software, signal scoring models, algorithms, data pipelines, branding, and platform interfaces are the exclusive property of 1INAI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

On-chain blockchain data (transaction hashes, wallet addresses, token contracts) is publicly available and not claimed as proprietary. Our processing and scoring of that data is proprietary.

The Service integrates data from third-party sources including DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, RugCheck, GoPlus, Helius, and Jupiter DEX. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms of use and availability.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party data errors, API outages, RPC failures, or on-chain execution delays.

The 1INAI trading agent operates autonomously using the 1INAI hot wallet and its own capital. The agent does not trade with your funds unless you have explicitly authorised a copy-trading arrangement in writing. The bot's trades, positions, and P&L displayed on this platform reflect the bot's own activity, not yours.

The autonomous agent may experience losses, bugs, execution failures, slippage, or periods of inactivity. Its performance is displayed transparently but carries no guarantee.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, 1INAI and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Trading decisions made based on information from the Service
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of third parties on or via the Service
• Smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain congestion, or DEX failures

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NZD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1INAI from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Signal scores are algorithmic outputs and may be inaccurate or delayed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
