Privacy Policy
Effective date: 6 April 2026
1INAI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the 1INAI platform at 1inai.com ("Service"). This policy complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and applicable international privacy standards.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address (when you contact us or sign up for updates)
- Name and contact details (if you enquire about paid plans)
Information collected automatically:
- Solana wallet address — only when you voluntarily connect your wallet via the browser extension. We do not have access to your private keys at any time.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps (via Vercel Analytics, if enabled)
- Technical data — browser type, IP address, device type
Information we do NOT collect:
- Private keys or wallet seed phrases
- Payment card details (handled by third-party payment processors when applicable)
- Any personal data beyond what is stated above
2. How We Use Your Information
- Wallet address — to filter and display signals, trades, and DeFi positions relevant to your wallet. This data is processed client-side and not stored on our servers.
- Email address — to respond to enquiries, send product updates (with your consent), and manage your subscription.
- Usage data — to improve the Service, fix bugs, and understand how features are used. We do not sell or share usage data with advertisers.
- IP address — for security, fraud prevention, and geographic rate limiting.
We process your information only where we have a lawful basis to do so under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020: your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, or legal obligation.
3. Third-Party Sub-Processors
We share data with the following named sub-processors, each bound by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Website hosting, edge delivery | US / Global |
| AWS (Amazon Web Services) | Backend infrastructure, database (DynamoDB), S3 storage | ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) |
| AI Provider | AI chat — user queries processed via API | US |
| Snowflake | Analytical data warehouse | AWS ap-southeast-2 |
| DexScreener / GeckoTerminal | On-chain pair data — public token/pair addresses only | US |
| RugCheck / GoPlus | Token safety data — public token addresses only | US |
| Helius | Solana on-chain event indexing — public wallet/token addresses only | US |
4. Blockchain Data
Solana wallet addresses and on-chain transaction data are inherently public on the blockchain. When you connect a wallet, the address is used locally in your browser to filter displayed data. We do not store your wallet address on our servers unless you explicitly opt into a feature that requires server-side persistence.
Be aware that on-chain activity associated with your wallet address is publicly visible to anyone via Solana block explorers, regardless of this platform.
4A. AI Interactions and Model Training
Queries you submit to the AI Chat feature are processed by our AI provider's API and may be used to improve 1INAI's analytical models in aggregate, anonymised form. Individual queries are not used to identify you personally.
You may opt out of your interactions being used for model improvement by contacting office@1inai.com. Opting out will not affect your access to any features.
5. Data Retention
- Email enquiry records: retained for 3 years, then deleted
- Usage/analytics data: aggregated after 90 days, individual records deleted
- Trading and signal data displayed on the platform reflects bot activity and is retained indefinitely as a public record of performance
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies — primarily session storage for wallet connection state and user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will affect wallet connection persistence between sessions.
7. Your Rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)
Under New Zealand law you have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- Raise a complaint with the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz) if you believe we have breached the Privacy Act
To exercise these rights, contact us at office@1inai.com. We will respond within 20 working days as required by the Privacy Act.
8. Cross-Border Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside New Zealand, including the United States (Vercel, AWS, AI providers) and Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2). The United States does not have a blanket comparable privacy regime to New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. We address this by: (a) using sub-processors with contractual privacy obligations; and (b) obtaining your consent via this policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the countries listed in the Sub-Processors table above, subject to the protections described in this policy. Information Principle 12 of the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) applies to these transfers.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at office@1inai.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Security and Breach Notification
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), IAM-based access controls on cloud infrastructure, and environment-level secret management. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
In the event of a privacy breach that poses a serious risk of harm, we will notify the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner and affected individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ). Notification will be made as soon as reasonably practicable, and in no case later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach where harm risk exists.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. If changes are material, we will notify active users by email.
